Transportation Assistance

There are always things to do, places to see, and people to meet. There is still a need to travel during periods of Covid-19 limitations. It’s critical to seek out services that are critical to one’s health and well-being. If you are unable to drive due to personal reasons, transportation can be a challenge. 7 care provides reasonable and required transportation aids to help participants achieve their goals and objectives, such as community involvement, daily life activities, and social connections.  A support worker from 7 care can accompany you on travel to and from school, educational facilities, work, and community and we can avail you of rented vehicles that are adapted for access.

7 care can assist you in transportation with a variety of activities, including the following:

  • Learn how to use public transportation.
  • Take your support worker grocery shopping.
  • Pick up your medicines at your neighbourhoods’ pharmacy.
  • Attend all your appointments.
  • Participate in community activities, groups, and clubs to get more active.
  • Go to the park or the library.

You can get this help from us if you have Core funding for “Travel” in your NDIS plan.
